  • Most of the time I eat back my exercise calories as I use exercise to help me when I've gone over my calorie limit. (so I'm kind of doing it the other way round!) I've lost 9Ibs in 20 days so its working for me.

  • Thanks for the help. I weigh in now in a chemist - that is very loud and lets all the shoppers know that I'm being weighed (embarrassing!!) but at least I know it's accurate. I lost 6 Ibs and then put on 3Ibs even though I have stuck to the recommended calories but I guess thats just the changing nature of our bodies eh?…
