Hia, Finally in my forties I got into exercise and now love a variety of cardio exercises plus yoga (not sure if that's cardio/ strength or both). I think it would help me to get into focused muscle toning now. I don't actually know where to start. It's a new area for me. Could anyone advise? Thanks. Xx
