  • Hey shortie! I'm 5'0" and 150lbs, which means I'm pretty chunky. I've always been chunky except for my junior/senior years in high school when I weighed probably 120. I'm trying to get to my ideal weight, so I've got a ways to go, but it would be nice to have some short friends. :)
  • Is it too late to join? I would live to be on team dalek!
  • I had a nice routine going that I enjoyed very much - I did a Jillian michaels DVD (30ds-20 mins) in the morning and did c25k training at night. I worked for me because the DVD was not as attractive as to me as getting on the treadmill was so I always felt super accomplished just to do the DVD before my day began. That…
  • I'm in. I've been looking at this for awhile and trying to convince myself to give it a shot. I am currently doing 30ds every other day and doing c25k on the other days, so not sure where I'd fit it in. I'd love to add flexibility and toning to my routine though and it looks really fun!
  • I'm not usually a night owl, but I am for this month (Ramadan). I usual don't get to bed till about 5 am and since I've got little ones I'll be back up in a few hours. It sucks, but it- like all things- is only temporary. I'll be around lurking the boards for sure.
  • Also looking for my weightloss twin- or anyone to share motivation and the journey with me. Female, 29 years old 5'0" (shorty) HW 161 CW 155 GW 115 (we'll see) I log daily and have been at it for over a month now.
  • I'm looking to lose at least 30 lbs. I'll be 30 next year and I want to start off the next stage if my life right! I'm also somewhat new here and looking for fitness pals. Feel free to add me! Highest Weight: 161 Current Weight: 155 Goal Weight: 115 Height: 5'0"
  • Heya. I've been logging for over a month now and lurking the message boards, but alas! no friends yet. Perhaps you can add me. I don't plan on giving this up anytime soon. ????
  • I've worked out everyday of Ramadan so far. My husband and I usually gain weight during this month, but not this time! We're working out and watching our diets, as well as doing our prescribed "Islamic yoga" lol.
  • I started last month, but I never ran before so I'm taking it really really slow. I do each day at least three times before I move onto the next. I'm not sure if this is a good method or not, but I'm really enjoying it and not killing myself- therefore making me more likely to keep coming back. My logic is this- though it…
  • I break my fast with water, dates and a thin soup, go pray, and come back for a 300-500 cal dinner. Then for suhoor I load up so to speak with grain & protein dense food like oatmeal, avocado, eggs, cheese, nuts & some fruit- probably between 500-900 calories. After Isha I workout for 30 min to an hour ~6 days a week and…
