The calorie deficit becomes too much. Even to lose more than 2 lbs, one needs to cut 1000 calories.

Yes i have. Any form of physical activity that i ever did until now was Running. Now when i started strength training, even while doing stretches my muscles used to shake/have tremors. But it has slowly improved. Don't expect miracles but if you persist and are regular you will build up good strength within a few weeks.…

Going too fast. Your heart is not able to keep up oxygen supply to your brain. Hence the light-headedness/dizziness. Start at slow intensity and build up gradually over a period of time.

Awesome :)

You should change it to sedentary. Exercises are separate.

Treat it like a 'cheat' day. A cheat day once every few weeks is fine i guess.

That would mean eating more calories. I don't think that's what they want.

A good HRM can help calculate those calories. But since you are not doing something that elevates your Heart Rate by a significant amount, most likely you won't be burning too many calories. Though you will be building more muscle which may indirectly help.

I did have a hard time eating Popeye's Fried Chicken.

Would be in a better position to comment if i look at your diary.

I just started today. I was able to do only 6 at a go with proper form. So i started the lightweight schedule. Sent you a friend request. Will be doing it on Mon, Wed and Fri

What Sarah said. Nuts are dense sources of energy. You eat a little and get good amount of energy.

6 weeks is the normal post partum period. So wait for 2 more weeks before you start worrying about losing weight and deciding on how many calories you need to cut and how much exercise you need to do. Losing 1lbs/week is healthy that would mean cutting 500 calories.

10% of a single functioning kidney is enough for survival, so don't worry about 'over-straining' your kidneys. ADH and Renin-Angiotensin-Aldosterone System are different ways by which body maintains BP and conserves water. It is a combination of both that matters. There is an independent regulation system for both ions and…

Though i admire you girls for admitting that you are not perfect but to justify doing something because everybody else is doing it or atleast thinking of doing it, and not trying to be perfect because 'NoBody' is, appears a way of convincing oneself for the mistakes that one commits.

I have a strong feeling that she will disagree.

Is she really?? Lucky to have a cheating husband??

Try the chest strap. If it fits and the watch doesn't feel too heavy then you can continue. But do let them know and get it changed if they say they would. Ask for some freebies while you are at it :)

That is right to some extent. Water only moves if there is a difference in osmolarity. If you are drinking electrolyte powder, water will move into cells till the osmolarity reaches the normal/physiological range. After that it will stop and will be excreted in urine. If you kidney function is normal you don't have to…

I said something that i shouldn't have. So edited my post since i can't delete it. Sorry.

The female one is a bit lighter and the strap is a bit smaller. Technically they are the same. But mind you the pink one for females and red one for males is more expensive than the gold one for females and silver one for males. Which one did you order and which one did they send you??

Bingo!!!

It's already very hard to know the true nature of someone and it becomes doubly difficult when they are trying to impress you. You see what you want to see and what they want to show. Plus about the marriage not being perfect, i assume since you are close to him, you have heard only one side of the story. One way to find…
-
Yes that's true. It happens to me too and trust me i can understand your disappointment and frustratedness. Just when you think you are getting into a rhythm, you get sick and you have to rest for a while. Overtraining weakens your immunity making you more prone to cold and other viral illnesses. Something that helped me…

Adversity brings the best in some and worst in others. So it depends from person to person. If someone tells me i am a loser, i would try my best to beat them at their game.

I would make sure there is a water filter attached.

If you don't mind spending the extra money, buy FT7
