Look up the correct running technique online. If you are a heel striker you are putting your knees and hips at an increased risk of injury. Minor corrections and you will be good to go. Alternatively use good knee braces.

One good multi-vitamin a day is good enough. Vitamin B injections are recommended only if the body is not able to absorb it when taken orally. Remember excess of everything is bad.
-
Give it a shot. Start with the beginnners program. It definitely helps. And btw it is way tougher than it looks. My brother follows that her program and he is as fit as it gets.

I thought we were talking about diet sodas. So my question was 'Who would pay a scientist to say diet sodas are bad for you'?
-
Orange Juice has citric/ascorbic acid[Vitamin C] - organic acids required by the body. Pop Soda has phophates which are inorganic acids, not required by the body. So its not the same.
-
It doesn't seem excessive but you can do 2 forty five minutes session, first one aerobic and the second resistance/strength training.
-
Why would a soda company pay a scientist to say that soda is not good for you?? Or who would pay a scientist to say that soda pop is not good for you??
-
Do you want us to tell you the truth or that diet sodas are not bad for you??
-
If you mean 'too' much, fill in with the details.

You body needs some energy for its normal functioning. Average for girls is around 1200 calories. The calories that you have burnt are not their for the body to use. Just assume your body needs 1200$ each day to maintain itself[House Rent, Loans, Bills etc]. You earn 2600$/day of which 1200$ the body uses and you…

Yes. 3200 calories to achieve the goal that you have set.
-
Then you need to eat 2200 calories.

I have an injured knee. Please recommend some for me too.

YES :-)

I was reading this article yesterday which said that it is not a good idea to work out with your girl friend as one has to worry about a lot of things other than just working out [e.g. other guys hitting on her] :) You can be honest with her and try to explain the situation. She will be mad for a bit but she will…

Varicose Veins. It is common in females. When you work out, heart output and intra-abdominal pressure rises which makes them more prominent. You should go see a doctor but don't be scared.

I would also suggest buying proper shoes but a recent study claims that type of shoe doesn't really play a big part as far as getting injured is concerned. It is more how you land when you run. Ankle strikers are more prone to injure their ankle and get shin splints and heel strikers are more prone to injure their knee. So…

You may want to get your thyroxine levels checked.

I took it too far. I guess i didn't prime myself and started sternous exercises too soon. Ended up hurting my knee. Think i have Tendinitis. Now waiting for it to heal so that i can start more slowly and gradually build up.

Pop soda with or without sugar, [even coffee] has caffeine which is a diuretic i.e. it makes you pee more. So one loses more water. So rather than counting it as water, you should drink more water to compensate for the loss.

Symptoms alone can't confirm. Anyways what i was implying was to rely more on tests rather than symptoms. But if something works for you, its fine.
-
Just curious. How do people know they have hypoglycemia?? Does anybody use the blood sugar monitor or is it just the symtopms??
-
Seizure is NOT a rare complication of hypoglycemia. It is fairly common. If you have elevated blood sugar then you definitely have Diabetes. It is not a symptom. It is a documented evidence. Symptom would be need to get up in the night to use the rest room. If you are on drugs for diabetes, hypoglycemia is a very common…

I don't think that the kind of food matters, so tolerating some foods better than others doesn't make sense to me. When you eat fat [any kind], bile is released from Gall Bladder and if a stone gets through into the duct, well you will regret it. My advice - Don't make your elective surgery an emergency one.

Firstly i think what ever you wrote is a bit private. Maybe your husband wanted to help you but even if he did wrong, i think he deserves the benefit of doubt. And what sort of a person would like to hear her husband being called a 'dumbass', 'speaking BS', 'moron' by random people.

Eye of a Tiger. Works every time. I heard trance music may also help push oneself further. You can give it a try.
-
POLAR. Mostly everybody on MFP has either a Polar FT4 or FT7
-
Are you eating your exercise calories??
-
Yeah. When i am sitting and rest my leg on something is when my knee is slightly hyperextended.
-
Hmmm..Thanks :)
