  • Hello, Ive had type 1 diabetes (a bit different but many similarities) since I was 8. Every persons different, but what I found that foodshigh in carbs are not the ones to be avoided, its the high sugar foods. One of my favourite sweet snacks is hartleys sugar free jelly, which is delicious but virtually sugar and carb…
  • I train for badminton with some England players. Some of these players are extremely fit, & by the end of a training session, every one of us is dripping with sweat, red as a tomato, and all stink of sweat. You should not feel embarrased by it!! Just remember that if you ever see anyone exercising who does not look tired…
  • If you started to eat a bit more then a lot of that will just simply be water weight, not fat. So don't worry, our weigh will fluctuate & it's completely normal. It doesn't mean that you've actually gained that amount of weight in fat :) I'm 5ft 9 and 152 pounds
  • I've always enjoyed my food but I gained about 4 stone (some was due to growing but most was fat) when my dad became ill then passed away in 2012. My mum would often give me the wrong food after this if i asked because, I guess it made me happy. So yeah, I guess mine was just really comfort eating. I have now lost quite a…

Before exercising, I always eat a carby meal, but simply inject less. I tend not to inject for around 50 carbs before a 2 hours training session, then will eat around 30 carbs after the…

  • I'm 5'9 and 153 pounds Bust: 38 Waist: 27 Hips: 39 Think that I'm quite hourglass shaped
  • If you have been exersizing while losing weight then there's a good chance that you've gained muscle weight in the process. So you may have lost more body fat than the scales are showing
  • Try soberts or frozen youghuts instead of ice cream. There are 500ml tubs of sorbet for only 350 calories for the whole tub! Which can work out at under 100 calories per portion so are great alternatives for ice cream Frozen yoghurt is not as low, but still a fair bit lower than ice cream :)
  • Stuffed peppers are delicious, not too expensive and low calorie! I make homemade ones and I always like to stuff them with rice, chicken, carrots & spicy tomato sauce (all of it chopped up very small). But you can stuff them with anything you like. The ones I make are around 160 calories per pepper, so quite low calorie.
  • I always try and do something else whenever I have an urge to binge. Try exercise or just simply going out for a walk. Or you could take a shower or paint your nails. Anything that makes you do something else that makes you unable to binge.
