i love MFP! It took me 4 months on WW to lose 17lb and i've been doing mfp since aug and im down about 27lbs! Plus its free. In the real world my food has calories not points. I personally dont think WW teaches me how to eat/be healthy in the long run

GM! I'm down 2.4lbs this week and i am still working out 6 days a week. I have also added c25k back into my workouts. Its been hard but i'm doing my best. I hope everyone is doing well, we can do this! have a great week!

yep, but i'm not sure yet if thats a good thing or not. I sure to be a 38DD or 38D depending on the brand of bra but now most of my bras are to big!

my afternoon snack is 16 wheat thins (130cals) and one Laughing cow wedge(35cals). it normally holds me over til i eat dinner.

I started doing it on the treadmill, just search the web for the treadmill version. it helped me a lot.

i love it! my mom bought it for me though. i am on week 5 now. you can always pay for it on the 5/6 payment plan so that you not coming out of your pocket with $150 at once. also that will give you time to use it and see if you like it. hope this helps

I had a drunken weekend and i didnt weigh in. I did still work out and TRIED to stay in my calories during the weekend. I'll check in with numbers next week

Thats part of the reason that i stop doing her 30day shred dvds, turbo fire isn't hard on your knees(to me). There is some jumping but its not like JM dvd's. My knees have not hurt me since starting this program. HTH!

I still do my weekly weigh-ins on Mondays but i will only do my measurements after 4 weeks...so i'll do my measurements again on 10/24. At the end i will post up before and after pictures ( hopefully,lol)
