I just started Keto this Tuesday. I have not cheated. Keeping carbs below 20. I have lost 4. Water loss. But it's a start.

Logic tells me if you want to accelerate your weight loss, do not eat the exercise calories. Sometimes I eat a few of the exercise calories, but not all.:drinker:

If you cannot get motivated for a workout, so something for just 15 minutes whether it is a brisk walk, using wii or xbox. You may find if you break up the routine, you may want to walk longer or use the games longer. Endorphins will be released, and you will feel better for doing it.:bigsmile:

Thanks for the ideas. I have decided to prepare most of our foods thereby having control over portions and salt intake. We do not care to eat out maybe 1 or 2 times a month. Just too expensive, and portions usually huge.

I think water is the key. If I am bloated it is because of too much sodium intake. Pay attention to that. Exercise is sooo important. I try to bicycle for one hour each day, otherwise I feel sluggish. Remember it took a lot of time to put the weight on, and it will take time to take it off. Water is needed to prevent…

I had same thing happen, and I addressed that by bicycling 90 minutes, drank all 8 glasses of water, and cut my caloric intake, and I dropped those pesky 2 pounds overnight. It was the high sodium in a soup that did me in. Good luck, and keep working at it. :)
