gone from roughly 75 to 90kg currently lean bulking, haven't got a before pic but current is about 6 months old.

Its more likely that they are given cheap high calorie foods with a minimum of proteins. which will get you there, Protein is overhyped imo carbs and sheer cals are more important for getting big (again my opinion)
-
I pop a energy drink if i go fasted nothing like fast absorbing carbs stops me from feeling light headed after Squats.
-
Probably i have got alot stronger but not gained much in the way of size, i never do over 5 reps though lol
-
If your bulking you dont really have to eat clean but dont go mental. I would say carbs and cals are most important then protein with a minimum of fat for hormone production. I have gone from 75-90kg without gaining much noticeable fat.

Add me, 29 yo grimbarian (yorkshire and humberside) on the gain train

Would love some friends on the gain train. Everyone here seems to be trying to lose weight im trying to get to around 100kg (220lbs)
-
hey good luck from a fellow grimbarian
-
Drink your calories then! milk is a good way of getting in macro's
-
Cable crunches and heavy beltless squats/deads have been working for me. Im bulking atm got a solid 4 even though im bloated off carbs etc.
-
Mines: Legs in line Distribute weight to rear foot chest up big breath Squeeze abs Im a nublet though so lots of cues lol
-
Find it enjoyable especially now my squats are finally starting to move up (the lift i've struggled most with)
-
bless, my girlfriend is a veggie too and struggled to cook meat for me. just gotta make sure its not pink inside.
-
i used to drink semi skimmed milk when i was struggling,i have no problem eating a few 100g of meat in a meal now im upto 3400cals a day.
-
Squats, bench and chin ups i killed it.
-
ICF 5x5 will take closer to 2hrs when it gets tough but i recommend it if you have time.
-
Yeah i have had people come up to me whilst working out and give me compliments i found it quite strange tbh lol.
-
I think it will be just because you're new to it, when i first started going to the gym i was abit conscious just about doing things right. Once you get used to the environment it will go away.

Same idea here decided i was going to get fit by 30 at the same age as the OP, been going to the gym for a few years and had some great progress. Learn to love the grind and you will do just fine :)
