It is not always what you weigh. You need to take measurements because if you are working out then you are gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat!!!

Exercise more or change your exercise routine. Sometimes that helps. Also keep close track of your food. You might be eating something you need to cut out. Maybe diet soda!?!?

I am in too!!! I have been trying to the last couple months to drop about 20 and just can't seem to do it. I am really struggling. I lost about 7 lbs and then put them right back on!!! It is so discouraging. It would be great to have some support!!! I have a terrible sweet tooth that gets me in trouble.

Just started myself last Thursday. We are doing a community wellness program trying to encourage everyone to lose weight and get healthy.
