I am 39 years old and I am attempting to lose about 20 lbs that I have gained back from my last big weight loss a year ago. It is so easy to gain it back!!! I have lots of support from my family and no reason to get this done and be able to stick with it!!! I just love chocolate so I have to control my sweet cravings!!! Working out 5 days a week and trying to stay within my calories limits. Didn't do very well today. I did learn that apples can be really good for you. The can suppress your appetite and have lots of health benefits so I am eating one before each meal. Hope it works!!! Good luck to everyone.

As long as I can fit the chocolate into my calorie goal, I eat it whenever I feel the want come up for it. If I go over, I just work it off. And I never feel guilty if I don't work it off. It's just another day to learn from my mistakes.0
