  • Alcohol is empty calories, and it has the sugars in it that are the bad sugars. If you allow it in your calories, and work out harder the next day than you normally do, you should be fine. I have actually found out that when I drink, I lose weight, because I am drinking when I am swing dancing or salsa dancing! :) Amy Eagon
