You just have to approach it like any other self care thing you do that you wouldn't compromise on; like showering, brushing your teeth etc. I struggle with motivation too, but I know if I don't persevere my health is compromised. I don't always do what I know I should but I continue to try-even when I am unmotivated.

I understand. I did really well and then just let it all go. Gained almost all I lost and now starting all over again. Disgusted with myelf but determined to get it off and keep it off.

I'm with you, don't give it up. I know what I have done to myself is all in the choices I make and I just need to make some different choices. I am so with you sister!!! I got to just above my goal weight and gained most (nearly all) of it back.
