I took my break around the holidays. I'll probably take another this summer for a couple of weeks.

Since starting MFP I have not used a scale once. Fortunately I have lost the weight I wanted. If I hadn't...I would've gotten a scale. :p

Not enough to matter. The washer and dryer are doing the majority of the work.

Lol Yeah winter has a tight grip until April for me too. It's supposed to be -10 this weekend here in Michigan.

I had mine removed more than ten years ago. It never caused weight loss or gain. I do have issues eating high fat foods...they go quickly and painfully through me

I had a similar issue recently and was diagnosed with anemia. You should get some blood work done and check yours.

I eat most of my calories in the evening too. Dinner and several snacks. What time you eat doesn't matter. Plan your meals how the best fit your schedule :smile:

I have the same thing. I have an appointment to see my doctor about it. I was also diagnosed with low iron. I'm not sure if the two things are related though. I was told by my doctor to not exert myself until they know what is going on.

Walking on my treadmill is the only exercise I do. Along with a calorie deficit and the treadmill, I lost until my goal weight.

I am late night snacker too. I make sure to leave calories for the end of the night. I like to eat popcorn...lots of volume for low calories.

I started because I hit a weight that made me sad. I had been creeping on pounds through the years and told myself when I hit that magic number I would have to do something. Well, that was in May. I started using a treadmill and counting calories. I am now in the middle of my BMI range and just hoping to keep it that way…

Lol Thank you Lis! When I made it and entered it into the MFP recipe calculator, the calories were a little less (111 I think). I also didn't use orange peel, I substituted vanilla extract. But I'm now going back for my second piece!!

I had my gall bladder removed a long time ago. I only notice a difference when I eat greasy high fat foods. That must be the "bile dumping" you are referring too :s

My grown children know better to come between me and my chocolate. And when I am raging PMS, they have offered to get me some chocolate lol

I've made apple butter and pumpkin butter. Froze them in October and gave them as gifts in December. I think they are good in the freezer for 6 months.

I bought candy corn for the house...it's now gone. I'm not going to buy any more candy, but I will be taking my grandson trick or treating. I will also be stealing some of his candy :p
