try bacon, sausage pattie with cheese on top, i like to do a fage yogurt witha tbsp of sugar free jelly (low ish carb, high protein, keeps me full for hours), i put unflavored protein powder in my coffee instead of cream. You can totally have 'dinner foods' for breakfast, do what you like!

I restarted week 3, last week i was wiped out from my period. Last night i did speed 1.0 and Lower focus. Tonight i will do the cardio and total body circuit. Then double fridays :) I feel soo much better when i exercise and eat veggies. When i dont exercise i feel like im wasting my life away.

Last night i did couch to 10k week 4 day 3, total body circuit and sundays stretch. This morning i did speed 1.0, at least 23 minutes of it, i ran out of time and had to get ready for work. No workout tonight as i rest and get back at it tomorrow with lower body focus and couch to 10k week 5 day 1

I am having the hardest time getting up in the morning, i have been waking up when its about time to leave. I blame it on daylight savings time. I hope next week will be better :) lower focus and ab interval plus day 4 week 2 of couch to 10k.... busy day today!!! :)

Running Kathy, I do drink my calories in the morning for sure because i just dont have time to make or eat anything else. I didnt lose any weight, thats why i didnt post my results. I did lose 0.5inch from my waist. I did not eat properly all week. This week has been generally better.

I just bought mine online and do it every morning. i found a forum on here for a small community challange and support. i dont have shakeology but i do replace a meal with some kind of protein shake. The workout is killer. Its awesome. Its difficult but a few hours later you are not too sore to live life.
