Good workout today! Squat: 115 pounds (felt good, going up) Bench: 80 pounds (felt good, careful with the tore cuff, going up - my max was only 80 when I started this!) Row: 100 pounds (felt good, got a little bouncy at the end, going up but watching form next time)

I can't believe I am going to share pictures but the results are what keeps me going. This is my batwing. It has been my goal for the past year. I hate it. It limits me on clothing I can wear and the way I feel about my body. I'm a teacher and the students ask me why I wear shawls and sweaters all the time... this is why.…

I've been stalking but wanted to jump in here since it's still early in July and would like a place to share my progress. I started the program about 4 weeks ago, this is my 5th week. I lift with my husband who started the program at the same time. Yesterday I was at Workout A: Squats: 105 pounds (starting to get really…

175 (started at 275). My goal is 145 but the scale has not budged at all since I hit the 100 pounds lost mark. Let's do this!

That's been my routine now for the month of the gym. The only thing I change is the type of cardio I do. (Elliptical/Stationary Bike/Cross Ramp/Hand Cycle)

I honestly, cross my heart, haven't changed anything. I log everything I eat, taste, lick, etc. I'm just not sure what is going on. I was thinking of switching to the SL 5x5 and was reading up on it, maybe my lifting/cardio is too whompas or something or not the right lifts/weight. I just don't know.

Green tea will help get rid of water retention? I drink tons of water daily.

I just have so much more to go. I'd feel better off it were that last 10 pounds but it's not. I haven't tried cheating because I'm afraid of losing that control. I'd even feel good to just see ounces come off but it's usually the same one day, up a pound the next, back down, etc.

I really am. I count calories seriously and if I don't know I always error on the higher side. I really haven't changed how I eat since this all started. I'm pretty consistent. It's three weeks. I went from 2 lbs/ week to nothing or slight gain. It's very discouraging. I have 50 pounds to go.
