I think the results of others with similar issues are a lot of inspiration. Tracking food daily certainly helps a lot, makes you see some of the food different. I send you a friend request.

6 month till Vegas gives you plenty of time. The livefit program is very good. My daughter lost 20 pounds with it. I had to stop after phase two but will start again on the 6th. After a mini vacation.

So when is the Vegas birthday? I am going to Vegas myself in october. Would like to loose some more pounds myself till than. Well, I am working on it.

Read it - loved it - living it now. My family does not participate totally but they are grown ups and make their own decisions.

If it's still crunchy than you did not cook it long enough. I always boil it in chicken broth or vegetable broth - whichever one I happen to have around. We eat it instaed of past or rice.

So I had my first day in phase 3 today. No way for me. Maybe it's my age (55) or my lack of physical exercise experience before this program - I just have to switch programs. I don't have enough time or energy for it. It has been very effective up to this point and I am very happy with the results I got up to this point.…

So how is everybody doing with the program? Tomorrow is day 53 for me - I am hanging in there. Gym seems to take longer these days.

I am doing Jamie Easons livefit program. Lots of weights and some cardio. I don't eat my exercise calories and have gained muscles and lost fat. A little over 10 pounds so far.

Now where in the world do you read me bashing anything???? I just do something for a while that has worked for some people I know. I did not know it was forbidden to talk about another weight loss approach.

Now if one eats all their exercise calories back than how is someone loosing weight? I am doing Jamie Easons lifefit plan and I sure a daisy don't eat all my exercise calories. Lost 9 pounds so far, and with her eating plan, even with less calories your body does not have time to get starving.

I am in phase 2 week one. Like it very much and follow the plan. So far I lost close to seven pounds. The REAL weight loss is said to start in phase 3 - I am looking forward to it.

Hi everybody. I am 54 and still have about 15 pounds to loose. I tried the Dukan diet and even though it worked pretty good the first several weeks I don't want to continue considering the fact that my cholesterol is pretty high. So now I modify and do my best.

Yup - been living with it like forever. I just go on with my life and deal with the outbreaks as they come. I am not willing to sacrifice anything because of it. If I have real bad days - there is always make up.
