Thanks for asking. I am on vacation right now visiting my family, and almost everyone here is....overweight... its making it really hard to eat more... :frown: So im not really doing well...:indifferent:

Sowly increase my food intake (even though it's hard). Try to get to 1200 at least.

i would make a vegetable soup its low cal and gets you full!
