All I can say is at the end of the day I earned the body I have! I had a baby 5 months ago today! I personally am proud of what I have accomplished and I didn't get here by eating junk! Good job to any moms out there you deserve a pat on the back

Me and my husband grew up next door to eachother. i was 6 he was 11 and I was a smitten Kitten :) He and my brother have been best friends and I made all the excuses in the world to be around, didnt get together until I was 19 and I still get butterflies everytime I see him!

I just had my second baby about 4.5 months ago, I have come to realize that my tummy will never look the same but to be honest I am more happy with it now then i was pre -second pregnancy! For just my abs I started doing 8 minute abs everyday once I felt comfortable I started doing ab ripperx one ever other day or once every 3 days depending on how i felt. Well I started just doing 8 minute abs every night for about a month or so, then i Moved to Ab RipperX and I do that every other day to once every 3 days depending on how I am feeling!

The first picture was about 2 months after my son was born Second was taken on May 11th 3rd was taken on May 31st and the last was taken on The 6th of June Total weight loss so far is 29 pounds
