I never had that problem but I can imagine. I go to the gym at 5:00 in the morning so there is no one there except older people. I love it. The gym I go to is free the one I want to join which is planet fitness omg there are people every where so I could see that happening there. Good luck with the squat rack

I hate it, even though I know its not my doing but the pain some days is so unbearable. Sometimes I sit and wonder why I and my children have to go through this. I'm pretty sure tomorrow is coming but sometimes I wonder will I be happy again

I just found out there is whole wheat pancake mix by hungry jack. So Saturday will be a good breakfast for us with the pancakes, egg whites and the turkey bacon, but usually we have yogurt, shakes, grits, oatmeal, quick and on the go. I think Saturday breakfast will be great it will be a sit down meal for us

Mine is 199 I have never weighed that are below that in such a long time so when I get to 199 that will be like a big break through for me. Then from there on it will be a big success because that means I have followed through on a LIFE style goal, that in the past I never would stick with.

usually the second day is the worst for me, and I do something that is not hard on me like walking or I do the bikes. I also don't drink as much water as i normally do until i go home. 1 bottle of water while i am on my period for the first and second day has me going to the bathroom all day long while i am at work.

my go to is skinnytaste.com. I looooooooooooovvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeee it. That is how I found out about the shrimp and grits, which is actually pureed cauliflower, shrimp, and turkey bacon. This is just me, I had been sore for two days, like literallllllllly sore till I could not hardly move. I took a bc powder yesterday and I do not feel any pain at all. I feel like I have not even worked out.

I do believe in cheat days, that's just me. We take one meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) and we eat pretty much what we want, but the catch for us is we still work out and stay with in our calorie goal. So far that works for me and my family. I agree turkey is awesome, also smoothies. I do meal replacements with smoothies lots of kale, spinach and fruit. I try to save bulk of my calorie intake for dinner. The way my job is I cant work if I am stuffed

I weigh 263 and I have started a week ago. I walk at least 2 miles on certain days and I do run in between. I think you just have to listen to your body and don't over do it.

I think it is up to you, but today I was suppose to weigh myself, but my daughter brought up a valid point. She stated that she did not want the numbers on the scale to ruin her day. So I my self did not weigh in today, even though I am pumped for my weight loss journey I am not ready to look at my progress yet. :bigsmile:

I just started but I have been on a couple of "cut backs" in my day, last night I had the same problem I ate a celery stick with peanut butter on eat with a 4 oz glass of water and that seemed to help.
