As mentioned your "arbitrary body weight goal." is not the be all and end all of the equation. Now you need to focus on lowering your BF% whilst maintaining LBM...which means lifting.

I think the person was implying that you are responsible for how much you consume, I think they are not realizing since you are in recovery your intake is both monitored and the amount you eat is most probably set out by professionals to assist in your recovery.

Ever since I lost the excess weight and got into shape the boobs in my life have been awesome...oh wait, hang on a second. ETA: A well shaped *kitten* makes up for any loss in the boob department and I think the health benefits are worth it even if you lose a couple of cup sizes.
