I'll take a stab at it. It contains... Cassia (cinnamon) which can soften stool ergo easier time pooping causing weight loss on the scale but not really loss of actual fat. Lotus leaf: There are claims that lotus leaf can reduce edema (water retention) once again no real fat loss. Camellia Sinensis (tea): diuretic–meaning…

Forgot to add Kudos to the OP for listening to sound advice and having a sense of humor.

There’s no published research to show teatoxes are safe or effective for weight loss or anything else. But since they are considered dietary supplements rather than foods, the companies behind them don’t need to prove any of the claims listed on the labels. It’s also important to make sure the products’ ingredients are…

IIFYM literally means to hit your calorie and macronutrient targets by end of day choosing foods that you enjoy eating. The concept is completely bastardized because idiots across the internet continually come up with scenarios that don't exist in real life, to try and blow a hole in the idea that IIFYM is a sound…

To answer your original question that is not acceptable behavior, constructive criticism is different from blatant arrogance and insensitive remarks. Request a new trainer. Also should have pointed out that if "people did realize that it's stupid behavior and just needed more willpower" he would be out of the job.

Simply put you are at a higher calorie deficit than the math of MFP the calculator has estimated.

Evgenizyntx pretty much nailed it! Listen to him as he is quite knowledgeable. But this still requires a humorous meme...

Tis subjective, weight (meaning the number on the scale) generally is not the initial indicator I would hazard a guess that NSV such as clothes feeling looser or fitting into a smaller size, feeling less heavy and more mobile eg being able to walk longer or taking the stairs more easily, sometimes you will not even notice…

Talk to your doctor, maybe follow up with a reputable dietician, otherwise here are some links concerning plant based protein sources. Also consider protein shakes to help you achieve your protien goals as there are plenty of plant based ones available. http://www.savvyvegetarian.com/articles/plant-food-protein-chart.pdf…

Haven't read the articles myself but it seems like a hooping community and source of reading material. Just remember that calorie burns from exercise are usually exaggerated and weight loss is all about calories in vs calories out. No doubt there are health benefits from this form of exercise and if you enjoy it no doubt…

The flaws of your observations or "Analytic process" are painfully obvious and no doubt someone will break it down for you for I can not be bothered.

OP is angry that people don't always agree with her or that they are not concise enough with their advice to others. That is my take on it besides stating the painfully obvious that exercise contributes to calories burnt.

First off it is best to set up your calorie allotment and macro goals optimally... http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/819055/setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets/p1 It is also an issue of figuring out what foods are nutritionally dense and have a high level of satiety. Satiety is the feeling of fullness…

If you wanted to get all scientific about the basis for this claim in any case, dieting in general is a stress. And of course training is a stress. And the more extreme you do of each, the more of a stress occurs. A lot of what is going on when folks try to combine excessive caloric deficits with massive amounts of…

Different timezone, but yes I am stating the painfully obvious...for some, forest for the trees and all that.

Your diary is private but I would hazard a guess you have your weight loss set for the highest allowed (1200cals) 2 lbs a week? This is often unnecessary and often the cause of peoples distress when it comes to calorie restrictions when using this site/app. I would recommend you read the following links...…

Surely it can't be that scientific, obviously his egg eating regime was whack! ;)

Agreed, besides loss of LBM, I imagine less bone density could be an issue...
