  • I thought I was alone in having a crazy scale! I've shrugged my shoulders while standing on the scale and gained a pound. Like others have said, I usually step on mine until I see the same number 3 times.
  • I use a lot of exercise DVDs. I'm a big fan of The Firm. It's cardio and strength training. You need 3/5/8 pound weights to start. I also like Zuma, and the Leslie Sansone Walk videos.

  • You are supposed to eat back the calories you burn. I'm not sure if I agree with that completely. I eat back about half of mine but not all. There is a lot of information on this site about this very question. Search the forum and you'll find a lot of information. Good luck!
  • I lost a lot of weight on WW and The Firm several years ago. I just pulled out my DVDs with the Fanny Lifter (CardioSculpt/AbSculpt/BodySculpt) and it makes a difference. I have a lot of the newer DVDs and they are okay but nothing compares to that Fanny Lifter!
