this! had stouffer's mac and cheese today - delicious!

but how can you ever get first hand experiences from people who are dead?
-
was going to say the same thing - she chose not to pay attention to that one!! remember she only wants to hear what she wants to hear :-)

I don't think you understand how a public message board works - you do not get to dictate who responds to your thread or what they have to say.
-
maybe a calorie counting site full of people losing weight through a sustained calorie deficit isn't the place to ask though - wouldn't you be better going to a site about liposuction?
-
pregnant?
-
interesting that you respond to the keto stuff, but not whether or not you are weighing your food in grams on a scale??
-
I can't imagine how eating 1200 calories per day has you feel like you are eating "all the time" ?? that is the minimum required intake for females. are you trying to lose weight?? if so, you must have been eating a lot more than 1200 calories in the past! also, as someone said above, if you aren't weighing your food you…
-
if you don't weigh your food you really have no idea how much you are eating - start there - it will be eye opening!
-
how are you measuring your intake? weighing all your food? and why are you eating so far under your target??
-
did it years ago and lost weight...then decided I need carbs in my life! as others have said, it is overcomplicating something that doesn't need to be complicated and restricting things that don't need to be restricted.
-
exactly this! you have certainly not put on 23 lbs of muscle while training "periodically" and eating 700 calories per day. as said above, putting on this kind of muscle (for a female especially) would take YEARS of doing everything right (i.e. adequate protein, following a progressive lifting program, etc). MUCH more…

protein pancakes and protein ice cream!
-
to lose weight you need a calorie deficit...put your stats into MFP and eat the amount that it says.
-
that is not how it works at all - have you not seen people actually starving? starving children? anorexics? they don't not lose weight because they are eating too little.
-
but how do you know it is a pound of muscle and not a pound of fat? water weight? regular fluctuation?
-
a lot going on here, but first - what exactly were you doing to burn (what you thought was) 1000 calories per workout????
-
FINALLY was able to find the Mint Chip at Walmart and you are right - it is DELICIOUS!! still hard to justify the price on a regular basis, but definitely tastes amazing and great for an occasional treat!
-
gotta ask - why is your whole food diary just 'quick adds' ?? I've never seen such a thing!
-
as others have said "watching what you ate" is not enough - I could easily watch myself eat 4000 calories! if you are now weighing your food as of today, you will be in for an eye opener when it comes to actual portions..
-
how is it you figure that your body defies the laws of thermodynamics?? every other body loses weight when eating at a consistent calorie deficit over time, but somehow you are different? (especially when you have over 100lbs to lose)...not trying to be mean - this is just how it works...
-
how soon did you notice improvement? did you have one injection or multiple? you are so fortunate to have it covered there - here in Ontario, Canada it is still considered experimental and not covered at all :-(
-
no, no, no. her body is not in "starvation mode" since there is no such thing (have you seen people who are actually starving? they lose weight - drastically) and she has certainly not put on muscle in one week while eating 800-1000 calories. she doesn't even mention being on a progressive lifting plan so that is a silly…
-
have you talked to your doctor about this? that would be the best thing to do.. but that being said, weight loss comes from a calorie deficit - not working out a specific amount of times per week. if you are not losing weight you are not eating at a deficit. are you counting your calories??
-
not trying to start a debate, but what do you mean by this? how would something sugary be ok after a meal, but not as a snack?
-
if you are looking for a protein shake keep looking - that is not a lot of protein for the calories.
-
I remember those! Was actually thinking about that as I read this thread!
-
what were you expecting in two weeks? are you weighing all your food? weight fluctuates so to expect a meaningful difference in two weeks is silly - if you are doing everything right you just need to be more patient.
-
I'm guessing the people that want to sell her colonics!!
-
if you are not counting calories you have no idea how much your intake is - start there. you are fortunate to be losing without even counting - a lot of us got to the point of needing to lose weight by not counting!
