As others said, pick what works for you - since it all comes down to this anyways.
-
how much are you trying to lose? you are already within a normal weight range so any weight loss is going to be super slow.

she is eating at a deficit and makes no mention of a progressive lifting program so that is a rather odd conclusion to jump to. much more likely that she is losing from all over and just hasn't been enough to be noticeable yet.
-
use the same mirror each time?
-
what kind of opinions do you want? it is simply an eating schedule that may help you to stay in a calorie deficit (if that is what you are looking for?)
-
are you weighing everything you eat though?? that is much more likely to be the problem here than black coffee.
-
she said she is weighing 90% of the time - OP, start there. that other 10% (especially depending on what it is you are NOT weighing) could definitely erase any deficit you think you have.

looking at your past posts, you've been posted that you are "fed up" since the first week and announcing that you are leaving since May 7th. can you sincerely say you have given this the best shot when you were already 'over it' the first week? you have been announcing for four days that you are leaving - but are still…

yup - had a WW leader years ago tell me to stop lifting weights so I would lose muscle and the scale would therefore go down - I ran out the door! WW is just a more complicated (and less precise) version of calorie counting. no need to pay someone else for what you can get here for free!
-
same as above...why choose a diet that does not fit with your preferences? you are just going to make it waaaaaay more difficult than it has to be!
-
just to add to this, there was a guy at my workplace that did isagenix and lost an incredible amount of weight really fast (I forget the specifics, but aren't there days where you are just having a couple shakes a day? - super low calories). well after he would stop the diet and go back up to real food he would gain…
-
tried an isagenix shake once and it tasted like *kitten*. if you want to drink your calories there are way cheaper ways to do that - what do you think isagenix will do that a reasonable calorie deficit of food wouldn't?
-
proof right here that you can't trust the advice of someone who calls themselves a "registered dietitian"!
-
some also follow keto to bulk or maintain their weight - there is nothing about keto that causes one to lose weight - it still comes down to the calorie deficit.
-
but are you in a calorie deficit? that is what you need to lose weight - not keto or exercise.

Lean Cuisine Chicken Carbonara meal :-)

mix greek yogurt with protein powder...add a few chocolate chips if desired and put in the freezer for 30 minutes then enjoy!
-
I guess you missed the response right above yours - most of us could get more than our daily allotment of calories into any container/kit!
-
if it were that easy wouldn't everyone just sit in a sauna and be tiny? wouldn't people living in the south all be skinny?
-
coke zero I'm drinking right now has 40mg of sodium - that is less than milk. also, sweeteners don't elevate your blood sugar or diabetics wouldn't be able to drink them.
-
I second this. what are you using to estimate BF% ??
-
diet soda? coke zero for the win!
-
did you read ninerbuff's post above? "toning" is not a thing.
-
you say to eat more high protein foods, then say protein will make you fat?? all this advice may be what you follow, but is totally unnecessary for weight loss.
-
why would that be?
-
tuna? protein powder? greek yogurt?

I have to admit this was me many years ago! I remember seeing a guy from one of my sports teams who had lost a bunch of weight between seasons and I asked him how he did it and he said "eat less, move more." I remember being actually disappointed as I was hoping for a sexier answer!! I look back and laugh now and am so…

why do keto if it doesn't fit your preferences?? all you need to lose weight is a calorie deficit.
