I'm not sure how tall you are but to me your calories could be a little high depending on your stats. It is also what you are eating. It looks like your salt intake is likely very high which is not a good thing when your trying to loose weight. You should be tracking salt. Your sugar intake looks to be pretty high as well.…

^ This The secret is there is no secret. Dedication, persistence, consistency, and Hard work! And finding ways to keep yourself motivated. That's it, simple as that. Diet is key.

Why does my ticker say 79 lbs lost, on my page it says 116 like it should.....hmmmmm EDIT: There we go fixed it, it must have been a glitch.

Awesome! You and I started about the same point and are sitting about the same. I started at 262 and am now 145. Still have 20 lbs to goal but I'm slowly chopping away at it. How tall are you? I too hit a platue, it lasted 10 months looking back it was mainly caused by my loosening up slightly on what had been working and…

2013 grand touring genisis coupe. It was my 100 lb lost gift ;)

Its not the excersize or lack of it ect. I lost my first 30 lbs without doing any. Of course that isn't the case now but you can. My husband lost 120 lbs and has never excersized a day in his life. So for people to be focusing on this as the problem s pointless. I now workout 5 days a week and have for some ime but my…

Personally I don't eat my calories back. Just doesn't make sense to me. Never has.

You look great! Keep up the hard work. It's totally rewarding.

I hit a plateau at about a year into my weightloss it lasted 10 months! I was stuck going up and down a couple of pounds the entire time. I finally broke it by adding serious weightlifting to my workout schedule and I reassessed what I was doing the first year and whether or not I was still complely doing those few…

I do NOT eat back mine. That just wouldn't work for me.ive been doing this for sometime and have learned when I go a little higher in calories by 200-300 I don't lose weight. I eat about 1200 calories per day and have for almost 2 years. When I up my calories it my wight loss stops. I go to the gym 5 days a week for at…

Hi, I'm 5"3 and 37. I have been in the process of losing wright for almost 2 years and was stuck on a plateau for 10 months! The past few months it has been moving again so I'm soo glad I stuck it out! After all this is about change right? Not just the number. I started at 261.5 lbs and currently at 170 and starting to do…

Are you using the meal plan and all the supplements? If not what are you doing? You look really great btw, keep it up!
-
That's great. Just out of curiosity how much were u eating before vs. now?
-
Sounds right to me, I burn about 1200 calories for a hour and 20 min workout. I push myself extremely hard so my guess is you are pushing yourself hard too. I don't eat my excursive calories though it I guess to me it's no more than a gauge of how much I pushed myself that day. I just add a protein shake onto my 1300…

Are you wetting the contacts on the chest strap before you put it on? In order to keep it connected properly the contacts need to be wet. Hope that helps.

I'm gonna be really different here, the only thing I listen to for the past year is ANY new eminem (Recovery) including his recent collaboration with Royce d5"9', Bad vs Evil: Hell the Sequal. I feel many of his never lyrics are about overcoming anything and kicking *kitten*! He has completely inspired me for this past…

You look great. Really inspiring. I've got 50 to go and it has gotten very slow but I know as long as I'm doing what I need to be I'll get there one day.

This is not true. I'm 5"3' and have been on 1200 calories since April 2010 and as of today have lost 78 lbs and have not hit "starvation mode" yet. I started at 261 so I had/have a lot to lose. Everyone is different.

The same thing happened to me....I upped the intensity of my workouts a lot and went 6 weeks without losing a single pound. I was eating my normal calories and should have been losing. This has happened to me a few times. I decided to take the last week off from working out, eating the same calories and since Monday…

For me lack of progress is the hardest thing. Not seeing inches or the scale move demotivates me in all other areas and it's been a month, I'm hanging on by a string.

Here is a post I found yesterday. I think it explains it well.

I do not and have never eaten my exercise calories....the real key is making sure you get enough nutrients if you are you do not need to eat them, plateau's tend to happen not because of too few calories but due to not enough nutrients which can look the same.
-
My first week I lost 10.5 lbs
-
It really is up to you wether you eat your exercise calories or not, I never have. It's a personal choice based on how your body works.

Way to go! I can't wait until I can get outside, still quite a bit of snow here. Awsome time.
-
No problem. I include ALL carbs in that. And thanks, I appreciate that. I also mostly stopped drinking artificial sweeteners, mostly my diet soda since it did say that it still spikes insulin and releases it. I have no tried the stevia yet, I think I will do that in my tea, even though I don't really like the taste of it,…

Hey guys I hope you all had a great week. Just gonna weigh in real quick before I head out to the gym. I was 194.5 last week and weighed in this morning at 193.0....kinda sucks I lost nothing since Monday but that's how it goes sometimes. So my total is 1.5 lbs lost this week. I kinda slacked on my diary....and I didn't…
