nandoes peri peri sauce is the answer to all of your tuna woes. alternatives could be dijonaise according to the nutritional values it has 5 cals. it also appears to have nothing in it.. which confuses me. but hey. whos gonna complain

can i ask what you hope to achieve from doing this? theres much more beneficial ways to work your core than doing 200 sit ups good luck with it though
