Having a heck of a time staying on track. Yesterday I started out my day logging, but then fell off when I passed my 1200 calorie limit. Then I felt so tired I didn't exercise either. Very frustrated with myself. 3/5 Log ALL food Go for a 30 min walk Write in my journal Stay positive! Hope everyone has a fabulous Tuesday!

@ChelleDee07 you look awesome!!! I'm 5'4 and need to lose about 80 pounds. Struggling to stay focused, that darn life thing gets in the way. ;) Just gotta keep trying.

Day 2 jogged for 21 min. Fell behind a bit because I've been working so late. But no excuses! Need to get out there!

I am starting at 174..which seems like I've been forever! This challenge should give me the jump start I need.

Day 1: Jogged 1 mile for a little over 13min. Without stopping! :smile:

I just started jogging recently and I notice my calves get really sore while I'm jogging. I only jog a mile right now. Does that eventually go away or can it be my shoes? Any advice would be great! Thank you! :-)
