I'm increasing my August goal by 10 miles over July.

I did week 5 day 3 today . . . and I really did it!! I was very nervous going into it because the furthest I had ever run consecutively was 1 mile (on Sunday). 27/25 . . . today's run put me over my July goal.

I am at 22/25 miles for July. My next run and the rest of the month will put me over. Then I can determine my August goal.
