I have surpassed my goal! I'm not running like most of you are- I haven't worked my way up to it yet- but I walk on the treadmill at the gym almost daily. And today I breached my goal of 50 miles by quite a lot. (I had a ton of energy built up in my today so I went for it and spent about an hour and a half doing cardio.)
I am so impressed by everyone's numbers and effort!!0 -

Everyone starts somewhere - a year ago I couldn't run up the block, it's a 1/10 of a mile. You are doing awesome! Congrats on reaching your 50 mile goal.0 -
