Folks, we are on the 20th page of this thread. After we reach a total of 500 comments (the 25th comment on this 20'th page), the topic will roll over to a new thread. You will no longer be able to make comments on this thread. My best jog to date yes I was slow but I ran more than I walked for the first time ever and even tho I was slow I managed to shave 1min off my time I got into a good rhythm my legs now ache but in a good way I know I have pushed myself hard today but im proud of that and I am easily on target to hit 20miles to think I will have doubled my original target I can only thank you guys on here for the motivation and tips along the way0 -

This is my first post. I've been on MFP for about two and half months. I started C25K 5 weeks ago. I never really thought I actually could run but since I started I absolutely love running. I'm a little late for July but I'll just add my miles that I did this month. I look forward to participating fully in August. I use MapMyRun to track my mileage and a C25K app which does by minutes. If I need to do something else to participate please let me know. The forums tend to be a bit confusing to me.

Almost there, however I have succumbed again to a cold (damn winter and it's germs). Nevertheless, I should be able to get one or two more runs in before the end of the month and hit my target. Fingers crossed.
