added 10 miles this week and am up to 47.25 for the month... hoping to go over 3 miles for my weekend work outs...

another 3 miles yesterday puts me at 37.25 for the month.. finding it hard to break through the 3 mile mark.. walking at 3.7 - 4.0 and burning over 400 calories, though... a bit fried when it's all done...
