I am in...love a walking challenge. my goal is 3 miles a day 6 days a week. 72 miles for July....
I am using Runkeeper.
I think I can do this.....even with 6 days out of town.......

I stepped on a scorpion Saturday morning (First step into the grass) so I have been down all weekend. Its more swollen, itchy and my ankle hurts, but I think I can start walking this evening, I will send an update if it can happen or not.

I'm late to join, but I'll throw my #s in here as well. My goal for the year was to get in 2miles everyday at a minimum.
Between walking the dog, and walking back and forth to work, I get 4.5miles every weekday. On the weekends, I try my best to meet my 2mile goal. Haven't been keeping track of every day, but my routine has walking built-in so I've met my minimum of 2miles per day in July.
So I guess my July goal will be a nice even 100miles. Makes me so happy to think about all the gas I'm saving0 -
Wow, I really need to get in gear. I think I am going to change mine to steps per month. I have a fitbit and that is easier to track for me!!! Will post goals and stats later today!!

hey there, just checking in. I didn't get to walk yesterday spent most of the day in the dr with my mom and driving to and from. Today its raining so I won't be walking tonight. i did the elliptical yesterday and then did JM30DS this morning. Hope to get some miles in this weekend if it will stop raining.

another 3 miles yesterday puts me at 37.25 for the month.. finding it hard to break through the 3 mile mark.. walking at 3.7 - 4.0 and burning over 400 calories, though... a bit fried when it's all done...0
