    just finished 3 miles today... I'm always so reluctant to start but I feel SO good when I am finished... 16.75 so far for the month!

    Hey,
    QUESTION
    - Do you count your everyday steps as part of target or walking as a separate form of exercise ?
    To day I have covered 7024 steps (3.6KM) just at work (school) but not completed walking as my exercise.
    Interested in joining your challenge.

    Just started walking, but I'd love to see if I could do at least 15 miles every week. Fingers crossed. :)

    I am in...love a walking challenge. my goal is 3 miles a day 6 days a week. 72 miles for July....
    I am using Runkeeper.


    I think I can do this.....even with 6 days out of town.......

    Wow, I really need to get in gear. I think I am going to change mine to steps per month. I have a fitbit and that is easier to track for me!!! Will post goals and stats later today!!

    Goal for the month is 350,000 steps

    July 1= 6939
    July 2= 8392
    July 3= 6967
    July 4= 10038
    July 5= 7961
    July 6= 10036
    July 7= 5894
    July 8= 7805
    Total so far: 71,993 steps only 278007 steps to go!!!!

    July 1st = 3.6 miles
    July 2nd = 4.6 miles
    July 8th = 2.3 miles
    July 9th = 3.1 miles

    Day 2 : Elliptical 30min - 1.25mile
    walking 30min -.75mile
    Day 3 : 45 min , 1mile
    Day 4 : Elliptical 30min - 1.25mile ,
    walking 1hr - 1.25mile
    Day 5 : Elliptical 30min - 1.25mile ,
    walking 1hr - 1.25mile

    total : 9.25miles
    Target : 60miles within 30days

    CAN I JOIN TOO??? I try everyday to walk atleast 30 minutes to 45 minutes after dinner . :happy: :happy: :heart: ..I start feel some changes with myself.. "WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT GIVING UP.. IMAGINE WHERE YOU COULD BE IN 3 MONTHS IF YOU DON'T...SO STILL WANT TO QUIT????:noway: :noway:

    I would like to join as well. I've already been walking an average of 3 miles 5 days a week. So, I guess goal for this month should be 50 miles.

    (Good morning everyone! I did not get to walk yesterday too much going on. :0)
    Today I did 3 miles. So proud of myself - when I started back on this journey about three weeks ago I would barely do a mile. Happy with my progress.

    Day 9 for me ... total for the month since joining .... 21 miles

    Today I did 3 miles. So proud of myself - when I started back on this journey about three weeks ago I would barely do a mile. Happy with my progress.

    Up to 28.5 miles! Can't believe how much fun I'm having just getting out and moving, there is a color run coming up and I won't be in town but my plan is to be able to run it next year :)

    July total = 9.1 miles out of 25 (My husband works crazy, long hours so it can be hard to get a walk in. I try to do a workout video on days when he is not home.)
