I think creams only help when youre gaining. Like during pregnancy. It helps prevent stretch marks. Once you have them tho, they are there for life. Unless you get surgery.

I exercise in the morning an hour after I wake up. I work out on an empty stomach except for some coffee. Main point: I have my largest meal of the day right after I exercise.

since the price per pound is with the skin on, at the store, I would think that in the database it is the same thing. calories are based on weight with skin on, even tho you don't eat the peal. as an aside: Potatoes offer the choice of with or without skin. I select the without skin in database.

If you told MFP all your correct information and you are following it correctly then I don't see a problem. People really think 2 pound a week loss is too much? But if MFP offers you that as an option then MFP is considered broken in their eyes and what are they doing on this message board?

I know this sounds horriable but lean cuisines are around 250-350 calories. I use those if i don't have enough calories left in the day and don't want to measure-count-calculate dinner.

i think its pivotal. MFP uses numbers and math and forumals. it assumes you eat back your exercise calories. If you don't, then the numbers change and MFP won't be accurate.

im a man and eating 1200 calories a day It was not possible for me until I started working out and eating back my exercise calories. I burn -500 calories in the morning and then eat about 1700 for the day. It works for me.

For the goal you described: Eat as much as you want but make sure you end up with 1230 at the end of the day. Like if you ate 1930 calories you would need to burn off 700 calories, to bring the net calories to 1230 for the end of day. Make sure you dont exercise below 1230 calories unless you eat more to raise it back up…
