mobile MFP app deleted entries
The entries for the last 2 days are now gone on MFP when I use the mobile app, but not if I access the diary on desktop pc www version. I have an internet connection with the mobile app. I am able to get online but it none of my entries are showing there. Does anyone know why this would be or has it happened to them before?

Do you put strength training under cardio?
I was lifting weights and entered it in strength training and noticed it did not give me credit for negative calorie balance. My cardio input gives me negative calorie credit but not when I enter info in the strength exercise field. Am I doing something wrong or should I enter dumbell training in the cardio field?
