For two years I ate the VEGETARIAN burrito at chiolte. it says VEGETARIAN on the menu. After 2 years I discovered that the pinto beans in the VEGETARIAN burrito is cooked with pork. I WAS NOT HAPPY.

if you plan on doing 30 minutes of elliptical every day thats 200 calories (according to my elliptical machines computer). If you eat back your exercise calories like MFP wants you to, thats 1400 calories a day. Which I think you said is what your doctor wanted to see you at? Sounds good to me.

Work out and eat the exercise-calories back. That is the only way I keep from feeling hungry. Im on 1200 calories but I eat back 400 more per day. I've maintained it for 60 days in a row because I eat the additional exercise calories.

This isnt the best answer by any means but you can lose weight on junk food or low quality standard american food if you just count calories.

for saving time i use frozen diet dinners . the low-cal brand. someone made them by hand somewhere, so thats hand made right? :) for saving time option 2 i use a pressure cooker. something that takes 1 hour to cook can be prepared in 15 minutes in them. the new kind are safe, believe me :)

the point in giving out free samples is to encourage someone to buy the product, so i don't see why ignoring large people would accomplish that goal, in anyones mind.

I lost 20 pounds at 2 pounds per week using MFPs preprogrammed advice. It worked great for me. Be sure to work out and eat back your exercise calories. Thats how I kept from feeling hungry. I'm a 6 foot tall man.

you should join the MFP vegetarian or vegan community. if you post questions or comments in the general message board, like the above posters have already done, you will just get pictures of steak. or bittermost creepy sarcasm. If it makes you feel better I think that kind of heckling is more about sexism than anything else. . If you want to get really intellectual about it i think its a type of sexual harassment and not really about your weight or how you look.
