  • Thanks so much everyone for the responses!! Some REALLY good stuff there I didn't think about. I am hypoglycemic and didn't think about my blood sugar at all--what an obvious issue! I'm 5'5' and 146 lbs. Does 1200 cal not sound reasonable for that height/weight ratio?
