I just had a deep chocolate vita top warmed with half cup of fat free breyers chocolate brownie ice cream-very delicious and satisfying for ice cream lovers like me :) During the day, I eat fruit-bananas, apples, etc-for a snack. Fage yogurt with Kashi crunch/fruit. Fiber one bars.

I had this today-love it! I like my coffee a little sweeter, so I add two splenda and sprinkle a very small amount of their chocolate and/or vanilla powder on top-YUMMY!! Can also do a sugar free soymilk latte-a little creamier than skim milk. Another fav is the cafe americano, black, then you can add what you want....…

I think I'd have to strangle that guy...that's really annoying! I had someone do that to me at work when I cut into a cupcake and ate 1/2-and that's obviously worse than an apple-WTF man! I showed restraint, now leave me alone ;)

This site does not have one...YET...I was told that there is one in the works, but a lot of work goes into it, and it may take awhile. There is another website called "Spark People" and they have a recipie builder, but this site overall is much better!

I go to the gym early in the am, so I usually just have my coffee and nothing else...I have a hard time getting through workouts after a meal. If I am hungry, I eat a banana or a vita muffin top...after the gym I usually have a protein shake made with 1% milk and a regular meal about 1-2 hours later...

My effort always pays off after TOM....I'll find out in a few days...I'm getting that itch to weigh, but I'd like it to be over for a day or two :)

I know =0( Sometimes I just can feel it that my weight has dropped and I get so excited I can't wait for weigh in! If I had waited until Sunday, I would've thought I'd lost nothing for the week...thanks for all the advice and confirmation...just got really bummed, but I knew it had to be water weight...no way I gained back…

They both ask weight and age....and my heart rate pick up on the machine from the polar chest monitor...that's why I'm confused? Maybe the polar doesn't account for the upper body burn you get on the elliptical? It's basing calories on heart rate only???

I'm 5'5 and 152 right now....I am at 1400 cal and loosing weight, even when I eat my exercise calories...I know 1200 would be too low for me...it may be the same for you

I remember one more good snack that's very satisfying-Vitamuffin's/tops-they have chocolate, bluebran, cranbran, corn, etc-for around 100cal each and 4 or 5g fiber-all natural and go great paired with a piece of fruit or yogurt!

I just had a banana and 1/2 tbsp natural PB-150cal and very filling-holds me until lunch (2 hours from now!) Also VERY yummy are Vita muffins/tops-they have a lot of fiber and are low cal (100 cal each)

I made a tasty lunch for today last night....1c smart taste penne (2oz is 3/4c dry-I measured), 1/2 marinara sauce (I used Rao's homemade) and 3 Veggie meatballs (called Veggieballs-can find it in MFP food database)-plus a dusting of grated cheese for taste-total meal is around 400 calories
