Hi Feel free yo add me too. I am at 1200 cal per day and have logged everyday so far. Although I have gone over nowhere as bad as when I did not log so just the logging has been great. Need all the support I can get. Thanks out there

We have a beautiful golden retriever. They do she'd an awful lot but the are such a classic gentle loving breed. She is a sweetheart our first dog but thru her I learned to appreciate all dogs. And yup we do have cat Who really does not like the dog

Loosing weight is one of the hardest things there is. Don't give up. Each day is an achievement. Me too. Everything chewy dense bagels are my favorite but bread before cake anytime I haven't cut out bagels but am slicing them thinner and still having am only. Good luck:wink:

Dont give up, it is hard. Pick something in advance that is not too bad.. Some good choices that have worked for me are strawberries with that fake low fat whipped cream or i also try to make a fruit and ice blender smoothie without any dairy in it.

My fastest breakfast is using a panini maker and grilling an open ( or closed ) cheese sandwich... takes about 1 minutes to toast and melt it:) Sometimes I add vegetables to it.
