For me, suck city it is, I am always ready to eat whether it is because I am sad, happy, anxious, excited, Whatever.... oh well, calories in has to equal calories out in some fashion for me to stay at maintenance.

I have tried to put my hunger in a box "like an achy knee" and just accept it is part of my life. As time goes by I am feeling less hungry but still almost always there, so the box is helpful for me.

I am kinda along your path, I am really buying into this is a lifestyle not a diet,,,,,so slow loss is the best way to retrain yourself when you are not that overweight to begin with. My stats are pretty close to yours. Best of luck

To the Op, gotta be careful not to go below 1200 net by much to prevent nutritional losses and long term damage , this is assuming healthy macros are involved, less prepackaged food , more natural bulk and fibre and enough protein to cover ur excercise are imp. Good luck.

There are some healthy 100 cal snacks, for example I use one with almonds and raisins and sunflower seeds, the packaging lets me stop, it's a great option, nature source lite extra

I like sugar free jello pudding cups for 50 cals, also Popsicles bought or home fade make a great low cal sweet snack that's lasts a bit
