My favorite thing when I'm craving sweet but limited on calories are a couple medjool dates. I take bites and savor the sweetness. So good.

Sugar-free hello has very few calls if you just need something sweet.0

Wait.
Before we start throwing out options- can we determine first what the OP's definition of "Low cal" is?
Because my evening snack is usually 2-400 calories. and to me that's fairly low cal- even on my tight budget.0 -

Cut a grapefruit in half, lay in a shallow tray cut side up, sprinkle with brown sugar & broil for 5 minutes. My kids even love it.0

See- these things- they are important.
My evening snack tonight- effing blew my calories- and it was a bag of veggies- 240 calories of veggies plus 1/2 tablespoon of butter. Seriously.
For a REALLY small treat?
York peppermints are pretty good at 50 calories a pop.
Reeses are around 100 a pop- just one though.
Ande's mints if you're really trying to get slim with it.0 -
Do you do artificial sweeteners?
Sugar free Jell-O
Fat free (but sugar) Jell-O
1-2 Fudgsicles
5 Hershey's kisses
2 fun size Reese's
1/2 cup Edy's slow-churned chocolate or vanilla; Breyer's has some options in this range as well
1 mini/individual bag SmartPop kettle corn
Peeled & sliced apple, microwaved for 2 minutes, topped with cinnamon
Hot chocolate with fat free Cool Whip
Mini ice cream sandwich (North Star or store brand; I don't recommend Target's house brand)
Chewy granola bar
Honey I Shrunk the Fiber One Brownie (they taste good, but they are little)
Special K Pastry Crisps
Tootsie Roll pop
Canned pumpkin with sugar/Splenda and cinnamon, heated
No sugar added canned apple pie filling
Frozen fruit bar
Yoplait Greek Yogurt Whips - lemon meringue is my favorite flavor. Vanilla cupcake made me sad--it doesn't really taste like anything.
1 mini cupcake
1 Hostess Ho-Ho is 120 kcal, if you're willing to spring for an extra 20
Mini ice cream cup or sundae cup
Single-serving bag of frozen chocolate chip mini pancakes (or blueberry)
Frozen waffle of your choice
Packaged biscotti
1 Tastykake KandyKake
2 (regular) Oreos
Desired amount of Vanilla Chex, Chocolate Chex, Lucky Charms, etc0 -
yogurt is generally 80 to 100 calories.
berries, or a small piece of fruit.
jello as others said, topped with whipped cream if you have the calories (20 calories per tbsp)
mini marshmallows
small square of chocolate
cup of hot chocolate
sugar free pudding0 -
How do you feel about baking?
I make sugar free meringues, and each half golfball size cookie is less than two calories.
I make the meringues using a sweetener called "swerve". Its made with erithrytol and oligo-saccharides. I use the confectioners style and the cookies turn out beautifully. They don't have quite the "shatter" that meringues made with sugar do, but they are so so so close. I am currently in love
Here is a link to the recipe I used, if you are interested.

I go for Yoplait 100 yogurts like Boston Crème pie or their other dessert favors. 100 calories and it takes care of my dessert craving.0
-
I like sugar free jello pudding cups for 50 cals, also Popsicles bought or home fade make a great low cal sweet snack that's lasts a bit0
-
Well pudding packs are generally between 100-60 calories. I eat an ice cream sandwich which is about 160.0

If I need a quick go-to dessert snack I eat 1/2c plain Greek yogurt with 1/2c sliced strawberries. Total of 90 cal. 115cal if you use chobani's vanilla Greek yogurt, same measurements.0

I have many ideals.
I just had a low cal dessert tonight. cowboy bark from tjs.0 -
sugar free jello pudding or gelatin, hot cocoa, half a chocolate bar (hershey's are in the 200 range for a whole bar, so cut it in half to make that 100 cal goal), fudgesicles, animal crackers, oreos, (most packaged cookies actually)
I usually do chocolate, fruit, or yogurt in the evenings.0 -
100 calories or less...hmm. Chobani simply 100 yogurts. A couple white cheddar rice cakes and tea, a couple squares of very dark chocolate, vitatops chocolate muffins (100 calories), PB2 on a slice of arnolds low calorie bread, one serving of frozen yogurt.0
