Day 2- 25 minutes on the treadmill at 2.5 and 2 incline to warm up, then L1-30DS. I am a hurting mama. Today I could tell EXACTLY what muscles each routine was working. Ouchy. Had to modify a few things though. :(

Sounds like the moves from 30DS. I'm pretty sore from that so I feel your pain, literally. Work through it. You will loosen up if you just keep on doing it.

Sometimes I keep the meal bars at work and do somedays I'll do one instead of lunch which is particularly helpful when I forget my lunch. They are packed with vitamins, and the bars are pretty satisfying. The shakes give me the runs (TMI?) and do not keep me full.

Not sure it's necessary. Basically it's just a more complicated and expensive way to track what you eat.

Just did Level 1 day 1.... WOW what a burn! I kind of like it because it's simple moves and not some hard to learn repetitive sequence of spasticness that I can't follow.

I'm not sure when I will be starting. I was bitten by a deer tick last month and now my arms are in a lot of pain and it's spreading to my legs. I can barely hold a water bottle. I'm so upset about this (which probably isn't helping in the least).

I think you are super lucky that they are 8 and 9 and not 2 and 3. Just work out when you regularly do I'm sure they can occupy themselves and not get underfoot, unless it's the gym of course... perhaps the daycare room at the gym would help? I recommend a Chiropractor. Even if you don't have insurance, they are usually only $30-$40 per visit and will actually FIX it instead of just masking it with drugs.

Oh Em Gee! I have that hive problem!!! I'm always getting hives in weird spots from weird things like pressure from opening a bottle, carrying something heavy, bumping into something. Sheesh.

I weigh like 273 today. I am only gaining weight, not losing... When I see people say they are overweight with a SW of 160-170 I get really depressed. I can't even imagine weighing 170 lbs again. At my slimmest I was 163.
