I did it this afternoon. My walking speed was at 2.5mph and then my running was between 3.5 and 4. I did the whole W1D1 except on the longer runs, I cut out with about 10 to 15 seconds left. the only reason someone would push you to eat more is that they are jealous of your will power and probably your petite size. Ignore them, because really it's none of their business. OR just tell them they need to eat less.

I was switched to Wellbutrin because I was on Amitriptyline and gained 40 lbs in just a few months, but the Wellbutrin has been way better. It helps keep my appetite suppressed. I second and third what everyone else says. I don't understand though when you say you can't eat something. What can't you eat? I eat anything I want, about 1100-1400 cals a day depending on the day, and just eat in moderation. I lost 12 lbs in about 3 weeks. I'm not even working out like a maniac. I do at least 3 workouts…

Use a juicer and just juice fruits and veggies, and maybe mix it up with some protein shakes.

I'm not going to read past the first page, but perhaps the money that would be given to the foster parents (most are only foster parents for the money) would be much better spent at putting the child through a program with a personal dietitian and/or trainer.
