im shocked. i hated the episode! i thought it was boring and carl is obnoxious. more zombies, less talking, please.
-
mine's super low, too! every time i give blood they ask me if i'm an athlete. i've also almost been turned down for giving blood because they thought it was too low and might be erratic. they quickly got over that :)

heyyy, i know this is a little late, but does anyone do the low intensity ones? i just got it and did it last night and this morning and both times did the high intensity. i can't imagine loving the low intensity... i even find the cool down song boring. thoughts?
-
yes please.

haha. been there, done that. except i READ the label and see the "MAY contain wheat" or "made in the same facility as wheat" and go with it anyway because I figure I'll win the battle. I never do though. I wonder when I'll learn...

oooh, i 'spose i should have mentioned that. i do run - that's typically my treadmill/tv routine. a run/walk combo... with a full mile run at the beginning or end. i'm specifically looking for videos. i wanna shake up my running routine. i followed bodyrock.tv for awhile, but the workouts there have gotten too complicated…

ah! hi! i just found this. i started this evening, day one down! definitely felt it in my arms... those 5lb weights get to feelin' REALLY heavy after a few reps! Friend me if you want someone to keep you motivated and accountable!
-
side note, that thing IS cool and i'm even gonna explore... BUT I make chips all the time in the microwave with no fancy contraption. I put parchment paper on the turntable in the microwave, cut the potatoes THIN (usually with my cuisinart), and then spray them with olive oil and salt. i put em in the microwave for a few…

fage. i only buy the plain. 0%, 2% and the full fat. all are delicious. if im feeling saucy, i add my flavors from there.

what part of planning stresses me the most? the thought of planning. and i haven't even started yet :)
-
sho nuff. :)

saving for later...

good grief. who knew that trying something new and not really all that weird would illicit such a negative response. gluten intolerance, no gluten intolerance... she said she wants to cut this stuff out - no harm, no foul. she didn't say she was no-carbing it or starving herself. and i see nothing wrong with attempting to…

i think i love you.

i used to get migraines of varying degrees 3 or 4 times a week... turns out i was intolerant to the foods i was eating. haven't had an issue since. not saying it's your problem, but perhaps instead of masking the symptom you see a doctor and discuss the cause. migraines daily are not ok.

I keep getting told I'll change my mind. Let's be honest here people - I'm pushing 30 and I still don't feel the "mom-gene" kicking in. My future sister-in-law just had my first niece YESTERDAY and in my encounters and holding her not once did I think "ooooh, I want one!" I just don't want them. And I think that's fair.…

hey, im 5'3 and 140. i've been working toward 125, but i hate to report that i haven't had a lot of success. i'm keepin' on though because i like being active and i feel better... but i WOULD like to see 125 sometime soon. been here since last April!

justin's chocolate hazelnut butter... less sugar than nutella. and more naturally delicious... look for ilookthetype to second this sentiment... it's her fault i love it so much.

i love to use my mom's cookbooks and find recipes that i love and just modify them so that i can have them. it always makes me feel more "normal" to be able to use a regular cookbook and adapt it. and it forces me to be creative sometimes!
-
i had to do a double take! you look like a different person - a more healthy and inspiring version of yourself! good for you.
-
actually, what's funny is... i knew it wasn't all that bad because my favorite meal had always been steak, asparagus with hollandaise and my dad's garlic mashed potatoes. and it still could be - without modifcations. plus once we found out that my sister was a celiac, my mom mad it so effortless to transition our menus…
-
'ello, the name's kate. i've got a sister who is a diagnosed celiac and after years of migraines and digestive issues and chronic fatigue... head scans, blood tests, and being told i was an all-around hypochondriac... my sister recommended going gluten free. and i haven't looked back since. i was on topamax and maxalt for…

it was my best friends 21st birthday. i was already 21 so it really shouldn't have been that exciting for me... well, i got drunker than she did, walked to the McDonald's drive-thru and fell asleep on a rock next to the speaker with my head against the menu. was picked up by the actual birthday girl and driven back to her…

on my screen it's just as big as yours...

just tell 'em there's a REASON you're so skinny. when people give me *kitten* for using the stairs all the time i just shout "this @ss doesn't just HAPPEN" as run up the stairwell.

but i CAN say it better. i have a propensity for prose, you know.
