Ripped in 30 - Week Two
So, I just finished day one of week two... and thank God I only have to do that 4-5 more times. It was a workout filled with the most awkward series of movements in the history of the known world! Anyone else hate week two? I actually got into week one - week two is gonna be a rough ride... ha!
