HELP!! I'm clinging to anything I can right now, so even if you DON'T think this is what is happening, maybe you should just agree... 
I've been logging and tracking and working hard for 25 days. 25 DAYS. and have had zero results. no weight loss, no change in clothing fitting, nothin... BUT, my period was also two weeks late. I was supposed to start two Wednesdays ago... and it came this morning (sorry, TMI).
So, what I'm HOPING is... my body was getting used to the change. regulating itself, making adjustments, calming down... and NOW I'll start to see some results.
Anyone? Anyone...? Sound plausible?

I don't know if that could be it but our bodies do weird things sometimes! I wouldn't give up. I am sure if you are following everything then it will work out and you will start to see results.0

THIS IS SUPPOSED TO HELP PEOPLE BREAK THROUGH PLATEAUS...... U EAT THJE SAME AMOUNT OF CALORIES PER WEEK BUT U EAT MORE SOME DAYS THAN OTHERS... Well... I don't know. I know any calorie counting and working out will catch up eventually and I think what you said is very well what may be going on. I think you should start zig zagging you calories after "TOM". Just keep counting them regularly (the calories) this week, then as soon as you are off of it, check out and google the diet, Johnson's Up Day Down Day diet. See how that works for a couple weeks... I am going to private message you and send you something that might help you as well... Just don't quit! Keep at it and you will see results. Do you lift weights??0

nope - no weights! just my body weight, i guess. i do bodyrock.tv, walks, runs, etc.0

Also, go visit bodybuilding.com and go put your information in to get a plan... they have short videos to watch and it really is a nice site to help you (not "body build" if you don't want to) but to help you get your muscles working for you to burn fat like crazy. It really does work. You can lift weights and not become a "body builder" you see? But it does help you burn way more fat than you would believe!!0
