  • I love this so much. I struggle with the scale not moving even though I'm "heavy" by my heights standards. At 5'3" and 150lbs I always feel like no matter what I'm doing, I should lose SOMETHING because I'm heavy. But then I take into account that I can squat my husband and all seems better with the world :)

  • this. it's probably water retention. The pill was ruining my life so I stopped talking it - just started taking it in March - and I lost 5lbs of water weight over the weekend.

  • im a vegetarian so i used it as my taco filling and seasoned it like i would the ground beef. highly recommend. i also used it in buffalo "chicken" dip once as the binder that the chicken would be. it was delicious - texture was obviously different - but my meat loving husband still ate it.

  • Rice Potatoes Beans Those are all filling and gluten free. I don't buy "gluten free" foods all that often - i have a hard time justifying the price. But there's no reason you can't make Rice and cheese instead of macaroni and cheese (I do it with quinoa all the time) - and throw in some frozen vegetables. Bam.
