now, i clearly can't diagnose you, but... yes, gluten was the source of my migraines. i would get them 4-5 times a week and lived off pain killers just to dull them enough so i could get through work. i no longer eat it and i only get a migraine if i screw up or drink too much ;)

im a gluten free (not by choice) vegetarian... feel free to add me. im not AWESOME at adding food and recipes to the teaspoon, but it might give you a variety! i just made a jalapeno hummus and a crockpot full of bean and vegetable stew tonight :)

i use fage 2% greek yogurt, lemon juice and dill for mine! and some other seasonings to taste, but the greek yogurt seems to do the trick.

mmm, nah, im good. if subbing running or zumba or something i enjoy (gasp, maybe even a less terrible yoga dvd!) doesn't deliver the same results or good results... then that's on me. but if dreading the yoga day every week makes me not want to do it, i'm good with skipping it.

i kind of went into this with a bad attitude because i read reviews and people complained about it left and right... i do want to like it. i just don't. not today anyway. so... for a run i will go. at least then i won't feel guilty for shutting it off with 48 minutes left.

don't sweat it. my fiance weighed in at 138lbs yesterday... while i hold steady at 143. and he's trying to gain weight. how do you feel? you should feel great about ANY weight loss. and ive been strength training so i feel like i could kick his @$$ anyway ;)
