i know this is old, but i wanted to ask about the groupon... i bought one in april and have committed to start going on Tuesday! how is the fit body boot camp?

i just took a glimpse at your diary (really only about 3 days worth) and it doesn't look like you're getting a lot of fruits and vegetables. feeling that tired could be a result of not getting the right nutrients, especially since you've cut calories. i know, i hate when people say it's WHAT i'm eating and i'm not ruling…

i'm with you - ive been logging for over a month and can't get the scale to move much either. but in reality, i feel better. i sleep better. my skin is better. and i'm not gaining anymore. so no, those aren't my ultimate goals, but they're enough to keep me moving until i get there.

if you look at my diary i literally have one or two chocolate items every.single.day. if you're changing it for lifestyle, you're not going to give up chocolate forever. so work a piece here and there into your regular eating habits and you'll have a much happier weight loss journey.

im going to get crucified for this... but i dont really believe that if you go back to HEALTHY eating habits and reasonable calories, you'll get fat/gain ridiculous amounts of weight etc. if you look at anorexics who go through rehab - and im talking they have SERIOUS problems and have been starving themselves for…

5'3" starting at 144 need to get to 125... and am having zero luck.
-
it just depends on the woman. i lost nothing and my period was 14 days late because i changed my routine.
-
i bet this would be delicious with portobello mushrooms, too!
-
i changed my eating habits and activity level and exercise routine... and my most recent period was 14 days late. sometimes it just wants to switch it up on you.

first, i am incredibly sorry you are going through such a tough time. any thought or feeling that consumes your entire being has to be agonizing. that being said, i think that it is wonderful that you are going to talk to someone about your concerns. i am no psychologist, but i do know enough to observe that your deeper…

i didn't resist the chocolate pudding in the cafeteria at my work... i didn't resist it even a little bit.
-
thank you... i appreciate the input.
-
nope - no weights! just my body weight, i guess. i do bodyrock.tv, walks, runs, etc.
-
ive said it before, i'll say it again... bodyrock.tv! she just posted a 6 minute workout last week. they're typically 10-20 minutes long and different every day!
-
me. i'm not either. the only time i ever really lost weight was when i was unhealthy about it and didnt ever buy food or groceries. now that i'm doing it right... im having zero success with the scale.
-
my breakfast smoothie is one of my favorites! banana kale spinach carrot kiwi berries greek yogurt basically any fruit you want, the only staples for me are the yogurt, banana and spinach!

iff your doctors are monitoring you, i wouldnt worry about it necessarily. however, that being said, my healthy weight for 5'3" is 111-147 and i can tell you that when i weighed 127, i was THIN. going under that or anywhere near the 111-120 range would have been pushing it and cause for alarm. it all depends on your body…

i go to bodyrock.tv and every day a new and different workout is posted. i LOVE it.
-
well i only ask because i AM sedentary at work... 8-5 m-f, i sit at a desk. BUT before work, when i get home, and every weekend, i have more energy than i know what to do with because i'm constantly on the move. so i was curious what everyone else logged as exercise or set their lifestyle as.
-
i'm starting weight 144... down to 137... goal 125!
-
sorry, i know this is kind of an old topic, but I searched it because I was frustrated with the same thing. I'm sitting here at my desk, hungry before lunch time, so I ate a big, red and DELICIOUS apple... 130 calories later i'm still really hungry because fruit just doesn't do it for me. which sucks. it's not so much that…

ive just noticed im making a habit of it... im set at 1200 calories, but CONSTANTLY go over at least 100 or so. manage to "work" them off, but still feel kind of weird about it. i realize it should be self explanatory and really apparent. but i was honest about my working out and lifestyle habits in my profile... and it…

i eat it. if i don't let myself eat it... i'll eat 37 other somethings that i shouldn't eat. just eat it. will you deny yourself forever? negative.
-
yum.
-
you might have a food allergy. that was a constant problem for me. i took fiber and it made me bloat and everything was worse. i took laxatives and was just uncomfortable. i would not "go" more often than every 4 or 5 days... and then i discovered i had a gluten intolerance.
-
i prefer quick, floor workouts like bodyrock.tv i may not burn as many calories as i would on an elliptical... but i certainly feel it the next day more in my muscles.
-
you're about to get a million responses telling you need to eat more. you cant burn everything you're eating and be making good progress, silly.
-
try the smoothie i make! it's in my diary, but it's basically a lot of fruit, vegetables, and plain greek yogurt! spinach kale carrot banana kiwi berries greek yogurt
